The third and final part of 'An Introduction to Small Talk' will look at some of the more advanced small talk skills.

Students will learn how to use back-channeling to express interest in a conversation and improve the quality of their small talk.

The course will also look at body language, how to develop small talk, and direct conversations.

Lastly, the course will consider which topics are acceptable for small talk and which are not, and briefly look at small talk and culture.
